Job Responsibilities

• Perform as the primary drummer for live productions, concerts, and special events

• Read charts and follow cues precisely during rehearsals and performances

• Collaborate with the Music Director and pit musicians to maintain tempo, style, and dynamics

• Attend rehearsals, run-throughs, and tech as scheduled

• Maintain a professional attitude, punctuality, and performance consistency throughout the season

Requirements

• Strong drumming skills with experience in theatre, live performance, or pit work

• Excellent sight-reading and ability to follow a conductor or music direction

• Versatility across styles (pop, rock, contemporary, and musical theatre)

• Reliable availability for evenings/weekends and seasonal theatre schedules

Compensation
