Job Description: We are seeking a poised and elegant Black or Nigerian woman for the lead role in our upcoming production. The character is a confident and graceful individual who masks her deep-seated vulnerabilities with an air of assurance. This role requires a talented actress who can convey complex emotions and captivate the audience with her performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray the lead character with depth, authenticity, and emotional nuance.
• Collaborate with the director and other cast members to bring the script to life.
• Participate in rehearsals and production meetings as scheduled.
• Take direction well and adapt to changes in script or performance requirements.
• Maintain professionalism on set and during all production-related activities.

Requirements:

• Female, aged late 20s to early 30s.
• Must be Black or Nigerian.
• Strong acting skills with experience in theater, film, or television.
• Ability to exude confidence and grace while portraying a character with hidden vulnerabilities.
• Must be based in the UK and available for all required dates.
• Submission: Audition tape or monologue and a recent headshot.
• Deadline for submissions: Friday, 14th June 2024, 5 pm.
