This will appear on Facebook/linked in as a 2 minute table top discussion programme.
We are looking for mums and dads from different industries/backgrounds who have prioritised parenthood/championed flexible working to some degree.
Maybe you took an extended career break,transitioned to fewer working days, changed careers to be more flexible or just worked from home more often.
