A casting call is now open for talented ensemble circus artists to join the development of Circus Parade, a new circus musical inspired by Jim Tully’s 1927 novel. Casting directors are seeking versatile London-based performers for a week-long research and development workshop. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled circus artists with strong performance abilities who are comfortable collaborating in a creative theatrical environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform as part of the ensemble during the development workshop.
- Collaborate with the creative team to help shape the new musical.
- Participate in rehearsals, movement sessions, and creative exploration.
- Showcase circus disciplines while contributing to an original stage production.
- Work closely with fellow performers throughout the workshop.

The play follows three lifelong friends whose decades of friendship and banter conceal the things that matter most. Described as funny, raw, and human, the production features three substantial roles and aims to encourage conversations around men’s mental health while supporting awareness and fundraising efforts.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform one of three substantial male roles in ACT TWO
- Participate in the play’s initial research and development process

- Bring authenticity, humor, and emotional depth to the role
