Kira is taking submissions for a show seeking background to portray salsa dancers.
Must have real salsa dancing experience and the proper shoes and outfit attire.

If you would like to submit with a partner, please also include their name when submitting. 

Covid test WEDNESDAY 4/27, work FRIDAY 4/29.

IN ADDITION: This show has a mandatory vaccination policy for all Zone A workers, including Background Actors, Stand-Ins, and other talent ages 12 and above, working on its set. To be eligible to work on this production, you must be either (1) fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine AND received a “Booster” if you are eligible for a Booster according to CDC guidelines (click here to check if you are eligible for Booster) (Also: the requisite doses of the appropriate combination of Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, or Novavax vaccines would deem you Boosted, depending on when you obtained each of the requisite doses) or (2) have a disability or sincerely held religious belief that prevents vaccination. Any offer of work is “conditioned” on you providing adequate proof to Production that you meet either of the two criteria mentioned above. If you are unable to show adequate proof to Production, then you are ineligible to be hired for this particular Production. Animal Casting – Therapy Cat for Feature Film

Job Description
A feature film production is casting a calm, well-socialized cat for a brief scene in a scripted movie. The selected feline will portray a therapy cat and should be comfortable being picked up, handled on set, and spending time in a baby stroller during filming. This role is ideal for cats with laid-back temperaments, particularly those similar to the Ragdoll breed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Appear as a therapy cat in a controlled film set environment

  • Remain calm while being held or placed in a stroller during the scene

  • Follow handler cues while on set with the production crew

  • Participate in a brief on-camera appearance with minimal stress

Requirements

  • Cat must be friendly, sociable, and tolerant of physical handling

  • Ideal candidates should resemble or behave like a Ragdoll cat

  • Must be able to hang out calmly in a baby stroller

  • Owners must submit two recent photos and be available for a virtual audition

Compensation

  • $350 for up to 4 hours of work

  • Paid project with potential future opportunities for animal talent

Casting Call: Real Couples for Feature Film Kissing Scene

Job Description
A feature film is casting real-life couples for an intimate background scene involving on-screen kissing. This is a night shoot taking place in Conyers, GA, and producers are looking for authentic chemistry and couples who are comfortable performing affectionately on camera. It’s a great chance to appear together in a professional production and earn a bonus rate for the kiss scene.

Job Responsibilities

  • Appear on camera as a real couple in a night scene

  • Comfortably kiss on screen as part of the scene direction

  • Maintain professionalism during extended nighttime filming hours

  • Follow instructions from the director and on-set team

Requirements

  • Real couples, ages 21–29

  • Open to all ethnicities

  • Must be comfortable kissing on camera

  • Must be available for a night shoot

Compensation

  • $150 for a 12-hour shoot per person

  • Additional $25 kiss bump per person

  • Night shoot in Conyers, GA

This is a short documentary airing on a major news network in Summer 2021. We are filming in mid-March. Travel and expenses will be provided if necessary. This is a non-union production. Covid protocols will be strictly adhered. Tests will be provided for all talent and crew.
