Job Description:
McGregor Casting is seeking highly skilled martial artists and kickboxers, of all genders, aged 28-40, based anywhere in Australia. The selected individuals will be featured in a high-end US television series, portraying characters in dynamic and action-packed scenes that require strong martial arts or kickboxing skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform martial arts or kickboxing moves as required by the scene, showcasing advanced skill and technique.
- Collaborate closely with the stunt and production teams to execute choreographed fight sequences safely and effectively.
- Follow direction from the production team to ensure the accurate portrayal of action scenes.
- Maintain professionalism and focus during rehearsals and on the filming day, ensuring the highest quality performance.
- Adhere to all on-set safety protocols, especially during physically demanding scenes.
Requirements:
- Must be aged 28-40.
- Must be a highly skilled martial artist or kickboxer with extensive experience in performing complex moves.
- Open to all genders and all ethnicities.
- Must be based in Australia, with the ability to travel to the Gold Coast, QLD.
- Comfortable working in front of the camera and participating in action scenes.
- Prior experience in television or film is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
- Paid role with competitive rates based on experience and industry standards.
- Relevant travel and accommodation expenses will be covered for those traveling from outside the Gold Coast area.
