Job Details: We are currently casting for the role of “ISSAC” in the upcoming Amazon MGM/AGBO feature film “THE BLUFF.” This film will be shot in Australia from June to September 2024. Please be advised, the project contains mature content and violence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray the character “ISSAC,” a 13-year-old half-Indian boy with cerebral palsy affecting his legs.
- Bring authenticity and depth to the character who is resilient, intelligent, and endearing, with a dream of adventure and becoming a sailor.
- Collaborate with the film’s director and crew to fulfill the character’s role as per the script requirements.
- Be prepared to participate in rehearsals and take direction to enhance the performance.
Requirements:
- Male actor, aged 13-16, to play the role of “ISSAC.”
- Half-Indian ethnicity, with a portrayal of cerebral palsy affecting the legs.
- Must be resilient, intelligent, and endearing as per the character’s description.
- Performers with mobility disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
- No acting experience is required, but a passion for acting and performance is essential.
