We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for experienced accountants to join the crew of a major feature film currently in production in Santa Fe. The project is a large-scale cinematic endeavor, and we are looking to fill several key accounting positions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day accounting operations within the production.

  • Collaborating closely with the production team to track expenses, manage budgets, and ensure financial accountability.

  • Preparing financial reports and summaries for the production management.

  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and crew.

  • Working with various departments to ensure accurate budget tracking and expense management.

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures specific to the film production industry.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the film or entertainment industry.

  • Strong knowledge of film production processes and budgeting.

  • Excellent skills in financial management and reporting.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under the pressures of a film production schedule.

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
