A live AI Expo event is now casting a professional emcee/host for a non-union production in Washington, D.C. This high-profile event brings together leaders from technology, government, and industry, and requires a confident, engaging host to guide audiences through panels, keynotes, and discussions.
Job Responsibilities
- Host and introduce speakers, panels, and keynote sessions
- Engage live audiences with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain event flow and timing throughout programming
- Collaborate with event staff and production team
- Arrive early to rehearse and familiarize with stage setup
Requirements
- All genders, ages 30–50
- Strong public speaking and hosting experience
- Confident stage presence with clear communication skills
- Ability to manage live event energy and transitions smoothly
- Local to Washington, D.C. or able to work as a local hire preferred
Compensation
- $700 per day plus 10% agency fee
- Additional reimbursement for gas, tolls, parking, and meals
- Travel reimbursement available for talent within 2.5 hours of Washington, D.C.
