Job Description: We are seeking skilled individuals (ages 18-60) who work with their hands for an exciting campaign that celebrates the diversity of Australia’s workforce. This project aims to showcase various hands-on professionals who excel in their craft and trade, from labourers and technicians to musicians, chefs, and creators. If your work involves expressing creativity or technical skills with your hands, we want you to be a part of this unique campaign.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a one-day shoot showcasing your expertise and craft.
- Represent your profession in an authentic and professional manner.
- Follow the directions of the creative team to capture the essence of your skills on camera.
- Engage in a positive and enthusiastic manner to help promote the diversity of Australia’s workforce.
Requirements:
- Sydney-based individuals only.
- Must work in a hands-on profession, such as a labourer, technician, musician, maker, chef, or similar role.
- Must be comfortable appearing on camera.
- Prior experience in commercials or media campaigns is not required but would be advantageous.
Compensation:
- Talent Fees: AUD $1,500 – $5,000
- All fees are exclusive of super, less tax.
- Final fees will be determined based on the level of feature and exposure in the campaign.

Compensation
- Adult Talent: $4,750 AUD.
- Teen Talent: $3,500 AUD.
