CASTING CALL – POPULAR EVENT – FILMING IN SYDNEY
We are casting a range of people to be featured in an upcoming commercial. We’re looking for confident people who love to get out and have fun.
- 1. Females (18 – 35yrs)

- 4. Children (6 – 8yrs)
We are open to casting all gender identities for the roles listed above. Although some roles have specified genders attached, if you see a character that you connect with, feel free to apply for that particular role.
SHOOT DATES: 22nd – 25th of September 2021 (1 x shoot day)
*Please note that all precautions are being taken by production and the client to make sure talent will be working in a clean and safe environment. COVID safe plans will be adhered to on set.
TALENT FEES:
Selected talent will receive between $1,000 AUD – $3,000 AUD for their involvement.

Job Description
A major Australian feature film is casting a teen female athlete for a lead support role. Casting directors are seeking a dynamic teen woman aged 17–20 who plays Rugby (Union or League), AFL, or any form of combat sport such as wrestling, boxing, or MMA. Applicants must be based in Australia or New Zealand and will be considered regardless of professional acting experience or cultural background.
The story centers around three local boys and their pursuit of three private school girls in an isolated coastal town. The script includes mature themes such as sex, drugs, and violence and may not be suitable for all audiences.
You’ll be playing FERG, a tall, broad, and athletic future Olympic sprinter with a fierce competitive streak. FERG is known as the “total weapon”—naturally shy, loyal to her friends, and willing to stand her ground. This character requires natural, grounded performance, and applicants are encouraged to use their own accent. Kiwi applicants may be asked to perform both in their native accent and with an Australian accent.
Job Responsibilities

Portray a leading teen athlete character in an Australian feature film

Participate in full shoot schedule from September to November 2025

Submit two videos: one scene tape and one ID tape (name, height, location, cultural background, and agent)
Requirements
