In this role, you will:

Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Creative Director serves as the brand steward to elevate the standard of creative, build processes, guidelines and identify areas for creative improvement. Reform seeks a Creative Director with an entrepreneurial, strategic mindset, eagerness to build, and a reputation as an innovative, adaptive, and proactive “doer”. Description Of Key Job Functions
- Oversee design, creative strategy, style/content guides, production, visual standards, and art direction
- Communicate brand vision and aesthetic; update materials as needed and use this knowledge to prepare comprehensive briefs, guidelines, and co-branded materials to share with stakeholders and external partners. Confidently present concepts and vision as needed, execute across channels

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree, preferably with focus in Graphic Design
- 8+ years of related experience with strong design background, including concept development, digital design, campaigns, short-form social videos, other video production and/or fundraising appeals and portfolio to show for it

Pay Range
At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role’s base salary range is between $91,000 and $130,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.

We’re looking to hire a Creative Director, Social to join our rapidly growing Social Creative Lab at Dentsu Creative. You will report to the Group Creative Director and will be working on Social AOR for multiple well-known brands – this includes evergreen social, reactive opportunities and larger social-first campaigns, as well as in-house and external productions, and new biz pitches.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience
- Examples of digital-first thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space.
- Comfortable leading large teams (ex: 5-8 creatives at a time per client); we move at speed, we make lots of work, we need clear-eyed leaders. You need to love mentoring junior talent.
- Interest in and ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining a high level of craft and creativity
- You can master and keep straight multiple tones of voice
- Independent and forward-thinker who believes in total accountability
- Experience building and navigating relationships and trust with clients
- Multiple levels of production experience – from big to small budgets
- Understanding of importance of strategy to the work that we do and authoritatively push internal partners to get creative teams what they need

Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,00 – $174,500. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Levitate Media is a live-action and animated video production company that has been crafting award-winning videos since 2009. We are headquartered outside of Atlanta, GA, but we welcome and support a creative and dynamic group of remote team members across the United States.
About the position:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Associate Producer to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has production experience (preferably in the live-action space), and is comfortable working alongside creatives, producers, and production teams. This person is confident in their abilities, highly resourceful, a self-starter, and has an “if I don’t know, I’ll figure it out” attitude.
In this role, the Associate Producer will serve as our VP of Production’s right hand by:
- Scheduling calls / communicating with clients and creative associates by email and phone
- Creating presentation decks, call sheets, and project briefs
- Creating/updating project timelines
- Posting RPF’s
- Searching and sourcing stock imagery/video/music
- Overseeing large transfers of raw footage
- Sourcing, scheduling, and paying associates
- Supporting the creation of paper edits/ uploading videos for transcription
- Production budgeting, ensuring all costs have been recorded
- Sharing assets between creatives and clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience working in media or agency environments
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Understanding and a working knowledge of Adobe products
- Familiarity with production platforms such as Basecamp, Hive, Vimeo, Worksuite, and Frame.io
- Agility and adaptability with numbers and budgets
- Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
- Outstanding and professional written, verbal, and presentation communications skills
