Established in 2005, West Model & Talent Management is the premier boutique agency for models and talent in St. Louis. West is a female owned family business, led by Gail Lasater and Sutton Lasater, who have more than 70 years of industry experience combined. West is selective and small by design in order to maintain a personal approach to representation. We are dedicated to developing modeling and professional skills in our new talent, while continuing to refine those skills in our established talent. West extends the same personal approach to its clients. We are committed to bringing our clients both exceptional service and the most professional talent in the St. Louis area. We work closely with each of our clients in order to fulfill their specific needs within the parameters of their project. West Models and Actors are hired for print, film, runway, on camera, voiceover, and entertainment jobs. Our talent have resumes which include work for fashion clients such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Glamour, Victoria’s Secret, Chanel, Alexander McQueen, Prada, Gucci, and Tom Ford; commercial clients such as Enterprise, Purina, Amazon, Sprint, Siemens, 3M, Ford Motor Company, Anheuser Busch, Build-a-Bear, Caleres, and Kendra Scott; and film & television clients such as Paramount Pictures (Up in the Air), 20th Century Fox (Gone Girl), The Bachelor, Chicago Fire, and many more. In addition to working with local and regional clients, West also scouts, places, and manages the careers of models in larger markets around the world.
