  • Reporting to the Director of Social and Influencer Marketing, you will help lead our end-to-end process from social strategy and influencer partnerships to organic and paid creative development, editorial calendars, campaign execution and reporting.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $59,000 – $96,025. The Digital Loyalty Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing process and is responsible for upholding all current and potential future equities of the TXB Brand, including voice, value proposition, promise and standards, across all digital and social media platforms. This individual will own all digital facing executions and will create and execute thoroughly researched integrated digital marketing plans to achieve the organization’s core objectives of building loyalty engagement, building loyalty customer user base, growing loyalty sales, loyalty customer profiles/personas, brand awareness, driving consumer traffic, fuel/food/inside sales for TXB. Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Develop, implement and manage TXB Rewards Loyalty Program and integrated marketing plans and tactics across a wide range of channels, including TXB APP, TXB landing pages, content marketing, affiliate relationships, social, PR, print, email and digital Medias. CRITICAL EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IS EXPERIENCE CONTRACTING ATTRACTIONS THROUGHOUT NORTH AMERICA

Responsibilities:

As the Market Development Manager (North America), you will play a vital role in driving the commercial strategy for their North American operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the VP of Product & Distribution and destination managers to develop a market expansion plan for North America.
  • Identifying new opportunities and optimizing the current product portfolio to maximise revenue and quality.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market research to create unique and disruptive travel products.
  • Leading the pricing and yield strategies to maintain profitability targets.
  • Ensuring product quality through data evaluation and implementing necessary changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Managing regional contracting with attractions, OTA’s, DMC’s, and tour operators to drive growth.
  • Providing market research and industry insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Building and delivering a comprehensive product marketing strategy to maximize sales.
  • Collaborating with technology partners to leverage e-commerce data for product portfolio growth.

Experience required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong network of contacts in the attractions and tours space in North America. CRITICAL
  • Direct contracting experience is essential – not solely via DMC’s
  • Demonstrated experience in product development, including launching and refining travel products.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of North America, with the ability to implement both short-term wins and long-term strategies.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven experience in positioning products through partnerships, including OTA’s/travel trade
  • The ability to implement effective commercial processes and educate team members on their importance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver proposals to senior management.

Job Description

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of in-house and freelance graphic designers and photo editors, focused on the company values
  • Drive the creation of marketing materials through evocative and quality imagery and design in tandem with copy director
  • Establish and maintain a cohesive brand vision that achieves project goals
  • Review and update branding visual style guide
  • Utilize data/results to inform design and photography decisions
  • Thoroughly review design comps and photography to ensure strategies are implemented and adheres to branding guidelines
  • Review, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to creative teams
  • Create a plan to obtain the highest quality photography, focused on locals and travelers in key locations through photo shoots, contests, and research
  • Be actively involved in the hiring and training process of creative staff

Job Requirements:

  • Experience managing and developing a high-performing creative team
  • 8+ years working as an Art Director
  • Ability to utilize data and results to inform design and photography decisions
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign & Illustrator
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple jobs simultaneously, and re-prioritize at a moment’s notice
  • Proficient in Macs & strong technical skills
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills
  • Knowledge of web design or UX a plus.
  • A passion for travel and/or travel industry experience preferred
