Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Proven track record of leading and executing successful creative projects from concept to completion.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to create compelling visual narratives.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in UX/UI design principles and tools, such as Figma or Adobe XD.

About the position
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to help lead data-driven brand growth for the organization. This role will work directly with the CEO and senior leaders of the organization to execute a strategic roadmap and vision for key digital and offline marketing channels. Day-to-day
- Drive revenue growth for the company with end-to-end management of paid marketing programs in support of new customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Manage a 3-person marketing and several freelancers to achieve the organization’s sales and marketing goals
- Responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and reporting on key digital channels, leveraging Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant dashboards
- Report results on a bi-weekly and quarterly basis to the CEO and senior members of the team

Preferred Qualifications

- Track record of efficiently scaling investment and performance on digital and offline channels
- Advanced Excel and campaign analytics tools skills (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, etc.); ability to take in vast amounts of data and identify key opportunities and insights for the Brand
- Experience managing successful campaigns and marketing programs that improve B2B and B2C acquisition and retention
