A24 Feature Celeb Look-a-Like Casting Call

Job Detail: We are seeking a talented individual to portray a celebrity look-alike for an A24 feature film set in the early 90s. This is a stills photo shoot opportunity to capture the essence and style of a prominent celebrity of that era.

Job Responsibilities:

• Study reference materials provided to accurately emulate the selected celebrity’s appearance, including hairstyle, makeup, and wardrobe.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the authentic portrayal of the celebrity’s signature look.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic throughout the duration of the shoot.
• Follow directions from the director and photographers to achieve the desired shots and poses.

Requirements:

• Height: Between 5’7″ and 5’11”.

Job Detail: Alessi Hartigan Casting is currently seeking muscular men, aged 18 and above, of all ethnicities to fill the role of Core Guards for an upcoming A24 Feature Film. The project will be filmed in and around Santa Fe, NM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safeguarding designated areas, sets, or assets as directed by the production team.
• Maintaining a vigilant presence to ensure the security and integrity of the filming location.
• Cooperating with the production team and fellow cast and crew members to execute scenes effectively.
• Following any specific instructions provided by the director or production staff.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a muscular physique.
• Availability for work on various dates between 11/16 and 12/14 (Must be fully available).
• Ability to self-report to the set in Santa Fe, NM.

Compensation:

• $116 for 8 hours of work.

This may involve mimicking their style, mannerisms, and overall appearance for the duration of the shoot. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on this exciting project, with responsibilities beginning on November 1st and extending to a full-time commitment from November 6th to December 14th. The project will be filmed in Santa Fe, NM and ABQ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a stand-in/double for the lead actor, accurately replicating their physical presence and movements on set.
• Collaborate closely with the cinematography team to ensure lighting and camera angles are optimized for the final shot.
• Pay meticulous attention to details regarding positioning, gestures, and facial expressions to maintain continuity in the film.
• Adapt to any necessary changes in blocking and performance based on directorial guidance.
• Maintain open communication with the director, cinematographer, and production team to ensure the highest quality output.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Height between 5’5″ and 5’7″.
• African American ethnicity.
• Full availability from November 1st, 2023, to December 14th, 2023.
• Strong ability to mimic and replicate movements and expressions of the lead actor.
