Kim Kardashian Says She’s Close to “Snapping” Over Kanye West’s Behavior

Things appear tense between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West once again.
On the Nov. 27 episode of The Kardashians, Kim opened up about how her ex-husband’s public behavior is affecting her—and why she’s choosing not to respond.

During a visit to get a brain scan with Scott Disick, Kim shared that doctors recently discovered a small aneurysm during a Prenuvo scan. The appointment prompted a deeper conversation about her stress levels, much of which she says stems from West.

Disick acknowledged what Kim has been dealing with. “I’m sorry about all that you’re going through. It looks stressful,” he told her.

Kim didn’t hold back. “It is hard,” she admitted.

Why Kim No Longer “Engages” with Kanye West Publicly

In a confessional, Kim explained that Kanye has been “very loud out there” lately and that she tries not to get pulled into the drama.
“I just can’t really engage. I think it’s for the better,” she shared.

Kim then clarified that despite Kanye posting online about their communication, he “never once called” her—something she says is incredibly frustrating, especially when it affects how people see her as a mother.

“I always encourage a relationship, but a healthy one,” Kim added. “Sometimes I just feel like snapping, but I can’t. I just can’t.”

Maintaining composure, she says, is part of protecting her children—North (12), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (6).
“My only focus and job is really just to be strong for my kids.”

Kim Reflects on Their Past Relationship

This season, Kim has been increasingly open about the emotional toll of her relationship with West.

In an earlier episode, she said she felt like she had “a bit of Stockholm syndrome,” calling their current situation “f—— sad.”
She also admitted to feeling responsible for him in the past, thinking, “I should’ve stuck it out,” or “I could’ve helped.” But now, she’s finally releasing that weight, saying she no longer feels that responsibility.

Stress Takes a Physical Toll

Kim also revealed that the stress surrounding West’s public outbursts caused her psoriasis to flare up again.

“I was pretty tested, I will say. Very tested,” she shared. “I have psoriasis again.”

Despite the chaos, she says she has always been able to shield her children from the drama—until now.

This season, she disclosed that one of her kids, presumably North, became aware of what was happening.
“My poor kids… protect my babies,” Kim said. “They’re gonna grow up. They’re gonna see. So my job as a mom is to make sure they are protected.”

What’s Next?

Fans can continue following Kim’s journey—as well as her relationship dynamics with Kanye—in new episodes of The Kardashians, streaming Thursdays on Hulu.
