Steve Carell is now a house hold name. Born in 1962, the American actor, producer, comedian and director started off his career working on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, he would later boost his acting career playing Michael Scott on the American version of The Office. Since then he starred in several major motion pictures including The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Get Smart, The Incredible Burt Wonderstone, The Way, Way Back, and Crazy, Stupid, Love. Carell has also voiced characters in the animated films Over the Hedge, Horton Hears a Who!,Despicable Me and Despicable Me 2.
But, his 2014 would make everyone take notice of the actor when he played John Eleuthère du Pont in the 2014 film Foxcatcher earned him several awards and nominations including a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actor.
