You may have never noticed this but, in all of the Oceans movies, Brad Pitt is eating something. In almost every single scene there is a shot of Brad Pitt eating.
YouTuber CinemaSins published a video showing how often Brad Pitt eats in every scene and it really shows that by using props such as drinking and eating. Some may argue that his choice to eat in a scene is a way to draw attention to his attractive jawline. Other say this is one way to humanize with the audience. Either way, Brad Pitt is one of the most talented and highest paid actors in the world. If you’re looking for a new acting technique, then try eating in every scene.
But it’s more than just eating. It requires laughing at inappropriate times with extreme confidence. A character trait that makes an audience interested and questioning what the character is going to do next.
