In a recent video by Screen Rant, the YouTuber shared 10 actors who got ripped for a movie role including Chris Pratt, Stephen Smell, Ben Affleck, Hugh Jackman, Gal Gadot, Dwayne Johnson, Christian Bale, Henry Cavill, Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth.

As the YouTube channel pointed out “Actors must dedicate a lot of time to proper diet, a rigorous workout routine, and other types of exercise to truly transform.”
