Can You Tell the Difference Between an Expensive versus a Cheap Headshot? (VIDEO)

Date:

Traditionally, the main reason why headshots are so expensive is due to the fact many photographers have invested so much money in upscale lighting and camera equipment. But, as we have shown in the past, you don’t need a lot of money to get high-quality photos.

The quest for the best photography gear and ultimately the best headshot is something every photographer, model, and actor struggles to overcome.

In our industry, many people swear by the quality of a headshot is based on how much it costs to obtain a headshot session. In this video, a photographer breaks down a classic beauty lightning setup with $10,000 worth of lighting equipment and then replicate that same structure with only $425 worth of lighting equipment.

Ultimately, it begs the question, can you tell the difference between an expensive headshot photoshoot session or an inexpensive photoshoot?

Check out the video below and let us know what you think?
