Tyler Perry Offers to Pay the Funeral Expenses for Atlanta Twins Left in Hot Car

Date:

Tyler Perry offers to pay the funeral expenses for the death of twins left in a hot car in Georgia.

Tyler Perry is not like most A-list celebrities. Even though he has millions of dollars, he’s not afraid to give back to those who need help. In fact, just last week he took his staff and crew on vacation to meet Beyonce.

Now, Tyler Perry is offering to pay the funeral expenses for Ariel and Alaynah, two kids who died when they were left inside a hot car on August 4th.

TWINS

According to reports, Tyler Perry offered to pay for the funeral for twin girls who died inside a hot car outside of Atlanta last week. From WSB-TV:

Police say Asa North was drunk when he left his 15-month-old daughters, Ariel and Alaynah, inside his car on Aug. 4. Officers were called to the apartment complex on Tillman Road around 6:30 p.m. and say they found neighbors trying to cool the girls down in the pool with ice packs.

North is charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter and reckless conduct.

WSB-TV reporter Dave Huddleston spoke with the twins’ mother, Breal Ellis. She said, “I was with them every day and the one day I left…I just want to tell them I’m sorry,” she said through tears. Ellis added, “They didn’t deserve to die like that or to die, period, but I know they’re in heaven.”

In her interview, Ellis said she is struggling to find the money to bury her daughters. Thankfully, Tyler Perry, a former homeless man turned multi-millionaire, is taking the time to pay for her funeral expenses.
