Netflix’s Atlanta Filmed ‘Stranger Things’ Looks Amazing

Watch the new trailer for Netflix’s Stranger Things.

It seems like nowadays Netflix is releasing a new show every other day and it’s been particularly hard to keep track of it all, but judging from the first trailer of Stranger Things, has something worth watching.

Created by the writing and directing team Matt and Ross Duffer, the show is set in 1983 that follows the disappearance of a 12-year-old boy and the dark secrets about the town it uncovers.

The TV series filmed all across Atlanta, Georgia with the extras casting director, Casting TaylorMade leading the production casting background actors for the show. You can look back at all of the interesting casting calls here.

All eight episodes of Stranger Things debut on July 15th. Until then, check out the trailer below.
