Is Big Bang Theory going to get cancelled?
TV’s highest paid cast and most watched TV show may be coming to an end after 10 seasons.
According to reports, The Big Bang Theory maybe coming to an end. Well, not exactly as CBS have already renewed it for up to 10 seasons. When asked by The Hollywood Reporter would end after 10 seasons, showrunner Steve Molaro said: “I think so. I can’t speak to the future or on behalf of the cast or where we’ll be then but it’s certainly possible that it could go past that.
“The reality is that maybe season 10 is the ending point.”

He later clarified his comments and said he didn’t want to focus on the finale just yet. “The real answer is I don’t know and all I can do right now is go episode to episode and try to make each one the best that we can,” he continued.
“There’s still so many episodes to go. Even if hypothetically season 10 was the end, I wouldn’t be focusing on that yet. That seems like something that would be dealt with way down the line.”
The co-creator Chuck Lorre, the series has already gone beyond his wildest dreams saying, “as long as everybody is having a good time and we’re making a show we’re proud of … then it’s worth continuing.”
The Big Bang Theory is currently the most watched comedy among 18 to 49 year olds in the most coveted demographic. In fact, the series is expected to air its 200th episode in 2016.
