‘The Hills’ Star Admits to Smoking Meth 13 Times a Day

Date:

The Hills’ Stephanie Pratt is revealing her personal struggles with crystal meth addiction.

“I was 14 or 15 [when I first smoked it],” the former “Hills” starlet revealed in her new memoir, “Made in Reality: From the Hills of L.A. to London’s Made in Chelsea” (via E! News).

“I was on the extreme level and addiction developed instantly. [I smoked] probably four times before school, then at snack … probably 12 or 13 times a day.”

In fact, she was still taking drugs while starring on ‘The Hills,’ which ran on MTV from 2006 to 2010.

“I would wake up, and pop out of bed because I was so excited to take my meth,” the “Made in Chelsea” beauty shared of her drug use. “I’d go into my bathroom and smoke, immediately, then brush my teeth, put on my makeup and get dressed. Then I would get in my car; I would be at a red light and during that pause I would bend down and smoke it in the driver’s seat at the wheel.”

The now 29-year-old admitted she hit rock bottom after binging on OxyContin, cocaine and hard liquor.

“I took OxyContin, and some ‘Xanbars’ which are extra-long tablets of the powerful anti-anxiety medication Xanax, which are designed to be broken up into smaller sections for taking tiny amounts,” she said. “I did some coke, and chased it all down with whiskey. I woke up, and I was in UCLA Medical Center.”

She opens up in the book about her eating disorder and Brody Jenner’s jealousy issues.

“We grew up together, he’d been like an older brother to me for years and years, but in Season 4 and Season 5 of [‘The Hills’], he’d started behaving like some sort of nemesis,” Pratt explained. “I showed up and started getting as much air time as him. I guess that stung his ego.”
