Netflix ‘Stranger Things’ per episode salaries cast member salaries for seasons 1 – 3, showing their pay raise and the highest-earning cast member.

The series’ top earners were Winona Ryder and David Harbour, who earned $350,000 per episode for the third season. Ryder’s pay increased from $100,000 to $200,00 during the first season, and Harbour’s increased from $80,000 to $120,0000 during the second. Second place goes to Millie Bobby Brown/Eleven, who earned a whopping $300,000 per episode in season three compared to roughly $20,000 per episode in season one..
Meanwhile, Finn Wolfhard/ Mike, Gaten Matarazzo/ Dustin, Caleb McLaughlin/ Lucas, and Noah Schnapp/ Will were all paid $250,000 per episode in season three after earning $20,000 each episode in season one. In season three, Sadie Sink/Max was paid $150,000 per episode, while Maya Hawke/Robin was paid $250,000. Finally, in season three, the older teenage cast — Natalia Dyer/Nancy, Joe Keery/Steve, and Charlie Heaton/Jonathan — was paid $150,000 per episode.
