Carrie Fisher carried on ‘intense’ affair with Star Wars co-star Harrison Ford
Carrie Fisher confirmed to People magazine that she and Star Wars: A New Hope co-star Harrison Ford had an affair.
The actress, best known for playing Princess Leia, told People she and Ford had a three-month affair.
“It was so intense. It was Han and Leia during the week, and Carrie and Harrison during the weekend,” Fisher told the magazine.
Fisher, who opens up about the romance in-depth in a new book, The Princess Diarist, spent her first night together with Harrison Ford after a birthday party for director George Lucas.
