Selena Gomez visits Children’s Hospital in Boston.
Singer, actress, filmmaker and producer, Selena Gomez, took out time out of her busy schedule to visit the kids at Boston Children’s Hospital. The singer headed to the hospital over Memorial Day weekend to spend her day hanging out and even singing with patients. In fact, Selena Gomez played the drums and led a singalong to “Lean on Me”. Gomez was in town to perform at the TD Garden in Boston as part of her Revival tour.
“I have a show in Boston … here, tomorrow. I never know where I am because I’m always on tour,” Gomez joked as she chatted with a few young female patients. “But I have the day off so I figured I’d come and say ‘Hi!'”
The star took selfies with children who weren’t able to leave their hospitals. Family members were so appreciative, they even tweeted out their thanks.  “Thanks for meeting my bro,” one Gomez fan happily tweeted, along with several photos of the actress posing with her brother.
“You are exactly what I had hoped and pictured in my mind. You made sure to look each child in the eye and give them time. Such a simple gesture meant so much,” one fan wrote on Instagram.
Selena Gomez is a busy little bee. Outside of working on her music career and performing in sold out stadiums. Selena Gomez recently held open casting calls for her Netflix series ‘Thirteen Reasons Why’ in San Francisco.
