Queen Latifah Will Reboot “Living Single”

Queen Latifah is reportedly working on a reboot of the hit 90’s sitcom Living Single.

Recently, shows from the 90s have been making a comeback including Full House and Gilmore Girls.

On a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Queen Latifah confirmed that the show many people loved is in the works.

According to Essence, Latifah said to a caller, “We’re actually working on it.It’s not there yet. But, hopefully, we can get it happening.”

Nearly 24 years ago “Living Single” premiered and we can’t wait for it to come back!

The show centered on the lives of six friends who share personal and professional experiences while living in a Brooklyn brownstone.

Throughout its run, Living Single became one of the most popular African-American sitcoms of its era, ranking among the top five in African-American ratings in all five seasons. For the 1993–94 season, Living Singleaired on Sunday nights between Martin and Married… with Children, and then on Thursday nights from 1994 to 1998.
