Tommy Wiseau auditions for a role in the upcoming Joker movie.
Last month, Tommy Wiseau (The Room) started publicly campaigning for the role of the iconic villain the Joker. With the upcoming Joker Origin movies coming soon, the creatives over at Nerdist gave Wiseau a chance to showcase his acting skills and what he can bring to the screen. Longtime friend and The Room co-star Greg Sister makes an appearance, playing the role of Batman.
That said, Todd Phillips‘ Joker movie will most likely star Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker. The role has been previously portrayed by Jared Leto, Heath Ledger, and Jack Nicolson. Check out the full audition tape and let us know if you would like to see Wiseau play The Joker in the comments below.
