Mötley Crüe biopic is reportedly going to film in Atlanta, Georgia this June.
According to reports filming will start in mid-June 2017 and will be based on the autobiography called The Dirt: Confessions of the World’s Most Notorious Rock Band. Rock band on the Sunset strip of Las Vegas, Nevada the movie will center around the rise of the 80s.
The movie was considering Liam Hemsworth, Emory Cohen and Douglas Booth to star in the movie. However, no official announcements of the cast have been revealed, according to Variety.
In addition, Netflix is reportedly in talks to acquire the movie.
It is important to note that Paramount pictures had the rights to the film, however, the movie studio never decided to move forward on the project. Then, focus features picked up the project in 2015 with director Jeff Tremaine to direct the project.
