Heath Ledger‘s family hints a possible biopic movie is coming soon.
Heath Ledger’s father Kim has spoken out about the heartbreak he and his family continue to feel about the sudden and tragic death of his son. But, the father also hinted at the possibility of turning the late actor’s life into a biopic.
The 66-year-old told The Daily Telegraph that he was still “pretty sensitive” about any topic surrounding Heath’s sudden death and that, the media’s interest in Ledger’s life was “a little difficult” for him and his relatives.
Kim went on to point out that the biopic of Heath Ledger’s life “could happen,” although he doesn’t think right now isn’t the perfect time yet. He pointed out that:
“Heath was a pretty quiet individual so [a biopic] is not something we’d really be interested in participating in. I have no doubt somebody will do something one day but when the timing for that is right, I don’t know when that will be.”
Heath Ledger’s father has been dedicated to respectfully preserving his son’s memory, so it’s quite understandable that he wants to be a considerable distance between Heath’s death and the circus surrounding the events that led to it. Of course, with an actor Heath Ledger’s fan base and acting abilities, it would be extremely difficult to cast someone that people both love and can do him justice.
