Malia Obama is now working as an intern on set of HBO’s hit TV series, ‘Girls’.
Malia Obama is currently interning this summer for Lena Dunham on the set of HBO’s ‘Girls’, according to TMZ.
According to Page Six, Malia was seen hanging out with the show’s crew on Thursday outside of Aurora Ristorante in Williamsburg.
HBO’s ‘Girls’ is created by and starring Lena Dunham, Girls is a comedy-drama following a close group of twenty-somethings living in New York City. The show’s premise and major aspects of the main character were inspired by some of 29-year-old Dunham’s real-life experiences.
On January 5, 2015, HBO renewed Girls for a fifth season. Dunham has stated that she intends on concluding the series after a sixth season.
This is not the first time Malia Obama worked on set of a TV show. Last year, it was rumored that Malia was working on set of Halle Berry’s TV series ‘Extant‘.
