One Atlanta casting director is doing more than hiring background extras this holiday season.
Jamie Lynn Catrett of Catrett Casting and the extras casting director behind Divergent, Hunger Games and FX’s hit TV series ATLANTA is helping collect toys for young kids in need.
Catrett & associates are teaming up with Be the Change – Brandy Angel Foundation to collect toys for kids in need. On December 15, Catrett Casting will be working with Santa to offer free photos for the in-house patients at the AFLAC Cancer Center at CHOA at Egleston. There are 26 kids in the inpatient floor and Catrett Casting is hoping to deliver a big bag of toys to all of the young kids this holiday season.
Be the Change – Brandy Angel Foundation is Georgia based, community outreach, 5013c Non Profit organization. “Be The Change—Brandy Angel Foundation’s focus is to support individuals and families throughout difficult times of their lives and help them reach and inspire as many people as they can with their stories. Ultimately, our goal is to create sustainable experiences that produce joy, compassion and positive change for not only the individuals in need but also for those that reach out to help them.”
