Universal Pictures has announced that sequel to ‘Jurassic World’ will be released on Friday June 22, 2018.
Chris Prat and Bryce Dallas Howard will star in the new ‘Jurassic World’ movie. ‘Jurassic World 2’ will be directed by Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly, who did rewrite ‘Jurassic World’ will write the script for the sequel.
Steven Spielberg will also return to executive produce ‘Jurassic World 2’.
‘Jurassic World’ opened in theaters in June is one of the biggest movies of Universal Studios’ history. It is now the number 3 movie of all time with $614.3 million in the United States alone.
In addition, ‘Jurassic World’ has earned $1.5 billion worldwide.
‘Jurassic World 2’ will hit theaters in 2018.
