Jessica Lange confirms that she no longer wants to appear in the FX series, ‘American Horror Story’.
After four seasons starring on “American Horror Story,” Emmy winning actress, Jessica Lange confirmed that she is leaving the FX series.
From Variety:
“I’m done,” Lange told the crowd at Paleyfest, after repeated questions by the moderator.
“We’ve had a great run here. I have absolutely loved doing these four characters that I’ve had the opportunity to play, and in all madness, I love the writers and Ryan and the insanity of shooting it.”
Lange hinted that she was going to quit the show after the fourth season.
Lange next starred opposite Mark Wahlberg in the 2014 remake The Gambler, receiving rave reviews for her work. She will next star opposite Shirley MacLaine and Demi Moore in the road-trip comedy Wild Oats, set to be released by The Weinstein Company in the summer of 2015.
