Bounty Hunters take Columbus Short away to jail.
Columbus Short is still having a hard time bouncing back after getting fired from Scandal. According to reports, Columbus Short was arrested Tuesday night.
Ahead of his scheduled performance at Los Angeles’ Infusion Lounge at University City Walk, the former “Scandal” actor was arrested.
Columbus Short’s arrested was not like his previous incidents breaking the law, this time he was taken away by bounty hunters.
E! News confirmed with the 32-year-old’s team that the star was not arrested for any outstanding warrant. “It appears that this is a citizen’s arrest as a result of an issue between Mr. Short and his bail bondsman,” said a statement from his team. “The report bail amount of $500,000 is also inaccurate. No additional information is available at this time.”
Short is currently at Men’s Central Jail on $250,000 bail and expected to appear in court Thursday morning.
The past year has been really tough for Columbus Short. Not only was he fired from ‘Scandal’ he was arrested for public intoxication, got into a bar fight in Los Angeles and confessed to being addicted to cocaine.
