Charlie Murphy Dies at 57

Comedian, actor, writer and Eddie Murphy’s brother, Charlie Murphy has died after battling Leukemia.

Charlie Murphy has died, according to reports. Murphy died on Wednesday from leukemia, his publicist told The Hollywood Reporter. 

Murphy became famous after starring alongside Dave Chappelle in the Chappelle’s Show. Murphy was most known for his amazing stories about hanging out with famous celebrities while his brother, Eddie Murphy, was at the pinnacle of his fame. The most popular skit centered around Prince and Rick James.

According to Charlie Murphy’s IMDB page, the actor’s last role was on the hit STARZ network series Power where he played Marshal Williams.
