Blair Underwood’s Second Show Cancelled Mid Season on NBC

Date:

buheadshot2010_a_pIronside, is an NBC show, in which, Blair Underwood portrays the lead character. The Ironside is set to be pulled from NBCs new line up on October 23, after, only, the fourth episode airs.

This is the second show that NBC has pulled from their lineup that Blair Underwood is their lead character.

The first show was The Event.

Both “Ironside” and “The Event” were both cancelled after a few episodes.

It is also rumored that Underwood signed a three television program contract with NBC, and in that contract, Underwood is not allowed to work on other shows outside of the NBC network, until his contract is up.

But, we learned that Underwood found a loophole in his contract that allows him to perform on Broadway until his contract has ended.

Prior to filming the Ironside, we also heard that Underwood was busy in the theater world.

Regardless of the situation, Underwood is a strong lead actor, we are sure he will bounce back on television soon.
