Last year, Will Smith confirmed that he met with Martin Lawrence and the two were officially on board with a sequel to the hit Bad Boys 2 movie. Things were looking good for a few months when it was announced that Bad Boys 3 was being renamed to Bad Boys for Life. Things were looking even better when Sony announced the movie would hit theaters on November 8th.
Well, now there’s a problem.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film’s director Joe Carnahan, who was also working on the movie’s script, has dropped out of the role. No reason has been confirmed yet, but The Hollywood Reporter said it was either because of scheduling conflicts or because of creative differences.
Anyone think they can replace Joe Carnahan?
One day we will see Will Smith and Martin Lawrence reunite again.
