American Horror Story: Freak Show is in trouble after stolen script hits the Internet.
A script from a major scene of American Horror Story: Freak Show has been stolen and is being shopped around to media outlets.
According to TMZ, the robbery occurred on set last week in New Orleans. TMZ reports that one of the actors was reading a script and left some pages behind and someone stole them.
As for what’s being shopped … it’s only one page but it is hugely important. Without revealing specifics, we can tell you it involves Pepper the pinhead and a scene that reveals how she ended up in the Briarcliff Manor during Season 2, “Asylum.”
20th Century Fox TV, announced that “The theft and unauthorized distribution of our scripts is a very serious matter and we will take all appropriate steps necessary to vigorously protect our intellectual property.”
American Horror Story: Freak Show is the fourth season of the FX horror franchise television series American Horror Story. It premiered on October 8, 2014.
The season is set in 1952 Jupiter, Florida, telling the story of one of the last remaining freak shows in America, and their struggle for survival.This is the first season of the series that is connected with the previous other seasons, with characters appearing from the series’ second cycle, American Horror Story: Asylum.
Returning cast members from previous installments of the series include: Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Denis O’Hare, Frances Conroy, Lily Rabe, Sarah Paulson, Naomi Grossman, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Angela Bassett, and Gabourey Sidibe.
