19 Kids and Counting is Headed Back to TLC

Date:

Get ready for the Duggars. 19 Kids and Counting is returning to TLC

Good news for anyone who missed The Duggars since the show was canceled because it turns that one of their very devout family members was a habitual cheater and child molester; The Duggars are coming back to TV. That’s right, only months since TLC dropped the news and canceled all of their upcoming specials, the network has gone back on their decision and will be airing two NEW Duggar shows, at least one will hit TV this year.

People reports that the specials, which will probably testing the waters for a full-fledged Duggar return, will feature Jessa and Jill Duggar as they prepare for a major moment in their lives:

“What we will be following in these specials is Jessa preparing for her first child,” Nancy Daniels, TLC’s executive vice president and general manager, told the Associated Press, which first broke the news. “And we’ll be watching Jill preparing to make a major move to Central America with her family, which we know is something our audience will be interested in.”

Josh, won’t be on the shows, but considering how close and big the family is, you’re probably going to see a bunch of Duggars hanging out in the background. On top of that, Duggars cannot be more excited for their return to TV.

“We are looking forward to reconnecting with everyone with the new specials on TLC – many have asked about our mission work and about the challenges of taking our family to a different country, culture and learning a new language,” Jill wrote on Instagram on Thursday. “We appreciate your prayers.”

Will you be watching?
