In homes earning $150,000 and more, ABC’s the Bachelor was the most watched show outside of sports.
This might a surprise to people who consider The Bachelor, as a “hook-up-in-a-hot-tub” show but, it still ranks as one of the most watched television series for rich people You would assume that ABC’s venture capitalist reality series, Shark Tank, or ABC’s lawyer/political drama ‘Scandal‘, or even The Amazing Race would be considered a top contender for those making $150,000/year.
In fact, according to Deadline, The Bachelor, “does a 111% higher rating in 150K+ homes than it does in regular demo ratings.”

It is interesting to note the type of college educated individuals watch in comparison to those that earn $150k a year. For instance, The Mindy Project ranks number one, and college educated individuals watch less reality TV.
