The Vampire Diaries season 8 is now casting featured actors in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Vampire Diaries are looking for character types to work as background extras. Filming will take place on Monday, August 29th. Casting directors are looking for extras with complexions ranging from olive to dark, who can play Middle Eastern, African, or Mediterranean peoples; ie Syrian, Egyptian, Moroccan, Persian, etc.
Casting directors are looking for villagers and guys with long hair and beards.
About Season 8 The Vampire Diaries:
This supernatural drama, based on the series of novels by L.J. Smith, details the lives of two brothers, Damon and Stefan Salvatore, who have been living as vampires for centuries. After years of moving from from place-to-place to hide their eternal youth (and bloodthirsty condition), the brothers return to the small Virginia town, Mystic Falls, where their lives as humans ended. Damon is snarky, handsome and charming, with a propensity for evil, while Stefan tries to remain noble — in part to atone for bad behavior in his past.

TIP: Men with long hair and beards are encouraged to submit. Beards that aren’t perfectly managed are a plus. Females with natural hair colors and/or textures are encouraged to submit. Dreadlocks are welcomed for all.
