“TransAmerica” – Casting Call for Transgender Woman in New Reality Series

Date:

Doron Ofir Casting, the casting team behind RuPaul’s Drag RaceA-List, and Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys is looking for transgender women for a new docu-soap reality series tentatively called “TransAmerica.”

The show will “explore the lives and loves of a group of dynamic and fashionable transwomen. Our ‘divine sisterhood’ is open to all women in the transitioning spectrum who are eager to share their stories, passions, and friendships in an attempt to educate and entertain,” the casting call says.

“I hope to revolutionize the perceptions of gender and sexuality, by finding and casting the most spectacularly interesting women with fabulous personalities, who are proudly unapologetic, living a life of beauty in every way,” said Casting Director Doron Ofir.
