The Vampire Diaries is a series developed by Kevin Williamson and Julie Plec, and is based on the critically acclaimed book series of the same name written by L.J. Smith. The series first premiered on The CW on September 10, 2009 and is one of the few TV series that film 10 out of 12 months a year.
In case you didn’t know The Vampire Diaries takes place in Mystic Falls, Virginia, a small town haunted and surrounded by vampires and werewolves. The show focuses on Elena Gilbert played by Nina Dobrev as she falls in love with vampire Stefan Salvatore and gets sucked into the supernatural world as a result. As the show progresses, Elena later becomes attracted to Stefan’s brother Damon Salvatore played by Ian Somerhalder creating a love triangle.
Casting directors are is looking for extras to work the premiere episode of Season 7.

DUTCH PATRONS (new faces preferred) — Male/Female, age 18 – 50 — please note if you speak Dutch
DEPUTIES/OFFICERS — Male/Female, Any Ethnicity, age 21 – 50 — if you have pics in uniform, include them in your submission; if you are ok with getting wet/bloodied and/or lying on the ground, please note in your submission
URBAN PATRONS (new faces preferred) — Male/Female, Any Ethnicity, age 18 – 35 — looking for urban/hipster types; stylish clothing
DOCTORS/NURSES/EMT — Male/Female, Any Ethnicity, age 24 – 50
WOMAN — Any Ethnicity, age 38 – 50
HOMELESS MAN — Any Ethnicity, age 28 – 45 — looking for character type, rough appearance, if you are ok with getting bloodied, please note in your submission
MYSTIC FALLS RESIDENTS — Any Ethnicity, ages 18 – 50 — if you are ok with getting wet/bloodied and/or lying on the ground, please note in your submission
Rate is $60/8; overtime after 8hrs, and any appropriate bumps will be added.
