AMC’s The Son season 2 casting call for a possible recurring role in Austin, Texas.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on December 13th through the 19th.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- Description: Mean looking! No Shrinking Violet – Requires Physical Ability **MUST BE proficient with weapons, will be shooting a CROSSBOW** Must know how to fire the bow. **Horseback experience a plus!!**
- Ethnicity/Gender: MALE CAUCASIAN 20-50 years old

According to Deadline, The Son is based on the book by Philipp Meyer and written by Meyer, Lee Shipman and Brian McGreevy, The Son is a multi-generational epic tale of the story of America’s birth as a superpower through the bloody rise and fall of one Texas family. The show stars Sam Neill (Peaky Blinders) Henry Garrett (Poldark), Zahn McClarnon (Fargo), Paola Nunez (Reina de corazones), and Sydney Lucas (Fun Home).

Role: Horace (potentially recurring)
Ethnicity/Gender: MALE CAUCASIAN 20-50 years old
Rate: $120/10
Location: Various, Southwest Austin area
Dates: 12/13, 12/15, 12/19, (potentially more later on in the season)
