CMT is now casting high school students in Memphis, Tennessee for Million Dollar Quartet.
On Location Casting is looking for actors, models, and talent to work on the new CMT TV series Million Dollar Quartet in Memphis, Tennessee.
Producers are looking for high school students to play basketball players, cheerleaders and other featured roles. Filming will take place on Tuesday, April 5th and talents selected must be able to attend a wardrobe fitting on Tuesday, March 29th.
About Million Dollar Quartet:
CMT is adapting the Tony Award winning musical based on the recording sessions made by Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis and turning it into an eight-episode drama. It’s set to premiere later on this year.
The series will focus on the rapid rise to fame of musicians during a time of political change and social unrest.

We do not have Call Times so you would need to be fully 100% available on work dates. You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times & wrap times end up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT!
Pay rate for EXTRAS is $64.00 for 8 hours ($8.00/hour with a 8 hour guarantee). Overtime will be paid after 8 hours. You will receive a check in the mail usually 10-14 business days AFTER you work.
–We will not be providing mileage/gas reimbursement or accommodations to anyone working as background talent on this project. You are responsible for your own transportation and local accommodation.–

HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL PLAYERS: male, Caucasian, age range 18-20 who can look younger like you are in high school (NO MINORS under 18!), tall, thin, lanky, waist sizes 26-32 ONLY due to wardrobe size restrictions. MUST be an experienced basketball player. NO visible tattoos! Short hair or willing to let us give you a 1950s period style hair cut. (this role has a possibility of recurring throughout our filming schedule). Please specify basketball experience when submitting.
HIGH SCHOOL CHEERLEADERS: female, Caucasian, age range 18-20 who can look younger like you are in high school (NO MINORS under 18!), size range 0-6, thin, attractive, wholesomely pretty, MUST be an experienced cheerleader. NO visible tattoos! Natural colored hair ONLY! Short fingernails only – no acrylics or obviously fake nails. (this role has a possibility of recurring throughout our filming schedule). Please specify cheerleader experience when submitting.
HIGH SCHOOL “YELL KINGS” (Male CHEERLEADERS): male, Caucasian, age range 18-20 who can look younger like you are in high school (NO MINORS under 18!), waist sizes 26-32 ONLY due to wardrobe size restrictions, MUST be an experienced cheerleader/yell leader. NO visible tattoos! Short hair or willing to let us give you a 1950s period style hair cut. (this role has a possibility of recurring throughout our filming schedule) Please specify cheerleader experience when submitting.
HIGH SCHOOL TEACHERS & COACHES: male and female, Caucasian, age range 27-60, very conservative, clean cut, female size range 0-10 ONLY due to wardrobe size restrictions, male size range 28-34 waist ONLY due to wardrobe size restrictions, NO visible tattoos! Short hair or willing let us give you a 1950s period style hair cut for Men. Natural colored hair ONLY for Women. (this role has a possibility of recurring throughout our filming schedule)
