JUST TO LET YOU KNOW: We will need AUDIENCE MEMBERS for the CMT Hot 20 Countdown / “Next Women of Country” (Performances) Artists: Sara Evans, Carly Pearce and Lindsey Ell with Host: Cody Alan which will be taped Downtown at The Westin Nashville located in Nashville, Tennessee Show Date: Monday, September 18th, 2017 Audience Call time / Arrival: 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM We plan to wrap around – 6:30 PM – could go later. Invited guest will need to find parking. If you are interested in being considered as an audience member, email us at [email protected] with your full name, current photo, contact phone number and age (for security). Please include “Hot 20 / Next Women of Country 9/18″in the subject. We have been asked to pull ages 21 and up. After receiving your information, we will email whether you have been confirmed with the details of the show. We have a limited number of guests we can invite, so respond as soon as possible. If selected, we will send you a confirmation letter. We must have your name on our audience list for you to attend the show. No confirmation numbers will be given. Your name will provide entrance into the show (ID required). The Audience will be standing. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO STAY THE FULL LENGTH OF THE TAPING. PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE!
