Disney Parks Talent Casting is seeking female performers with engaging personalities to portray Disney Character Look-alikes at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL. We are seeking performers for Full Time roles. We are not hiring for Part Time or Seasonal roles.

New hire performers now receive $12.40 per hour when performing in Character look-alike roles. Performers develop improvisational skills, poise and grace while working for one of the world’s leading entertainment companies. Character Look-alikes perform before thousands of guests each day in “meet and greets”, parades and stage shows across the Walt Disney World Resort.

Please note: all performers, including Disney Character Look-alikes, will also perform as costumed Disney Characters in our Parks and Resorts.

Seeking the following roles:

Tinker Bell: 4’11” – 5’2″, sassy, feisty, playful and fun. Typecast.

Periwinkle: 4’11” – 5’2″, very slender, sweet, curious, eager, friendly. Typecast.

Ariel: 5’4″ – 5’7″, slender yet toned build, youthful, energetic mermaid who loves adventure. Will perform in both dress, and fin, with exposed torso. Typecast.

Requirements: 

  • Performers must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Performers must be wiling to relocate to the Orlando area, and be available for at least one year of full time work.
  • Performers will be asked to learn a small movement routine
  • Monologues are not required. This is also not a vocalist role, nor audition.
  • Comfortable clothing that shows your silhouette is suggested, as well as natural or minimal makeup.
  • Advanced registration is not required.
